Commissioned artwork can be used strictly for the client personal use. Do not use it for promotional or commercial purposes, unless there was an agreement to it and you've paid commercial use fee (which is negotiable).

As the client you have full ownership of the image you buy, but please be sure to credit me as an artist. Removing my signature is strictly prohibited.

As the artist, I reserve the right to use commission artwork for self promotion (social media, portfolio, patreon, etc.). If you want to keep your commission private please do ask with anticipation.

I may decline your commission for any reason without explanation needed.

All clients requesting a NSFW commission must be age 18 or older, and if this is falsified, they will be blocklisted.

Don’t use your commission for NFT purposes.

Don’t use your commission in any AI generators.

Payments must be done through PayPal or a direct deposit.

I only accept full payments or 50%-50%. Either payment must be done in order to start the sketch of the required commission.

Refunds are not available once lineart is in process or finished. I reserve a right to use the rough sketch of the refunded commission for YCH.

Sketch - Rough sketch that displays pose/expressions. Pose/expressions corrections are available at this step. I do not redraw the pose, so please be sure about your decision for it.

Lineart - Clean lines. Minor fixes/additions are available.

Base colors - Any color fixes are available for free (as long as you have a REFERENCE, not a text description.).

Shading / Finished art.
